Course Details

Online, web-based training allows participants to have interactive and transformative experiences with our faculty on particular topics without the hassle and cost of travel.

Led by highly experienced Cleveland Clinic Simulation and Advanced Skills Center faculty, this workshop combines online foundational simulation-based material (self-guided learning) and synchronous (live) facilitated experiential learning with practice and feedback. The workshop emphasizes active participation to maximize skill acquisition.

Class group sizes are kept small to allow for maximum participation. The primary audience for this course is healthcare educators looking to implement best practices in simulation facilitation and debriefing strategies and techniques.

Attendees join a growing community of informed simulation educators who continue to network and share experiences in the field of simulation education.
